Import Poser dynamic cloth Mac work around
Hi everybody!
This workaround only applies to the MAC version with a dynamic cloth animation. For stills it is much simpler to spawn a morph for the dynamic cloth in Poser.
As far as I know there is only one workaround for the time being. It basically comes down to using version 290396 to create the file but using the latest HyperVue version for rendering.
It works like this:
-Rename your current Vue application folder and backup your e-on documents folder (objects, materials, etc) so they won't get overwritten.
-Install Vue from scratch, but it is not necessary to install the "extra" files
-Update this version of Vue to version 290396 (still downloadable from the e-on site)
-Copy HyperVue from the latest version to the 290396 application folder. This will make network rendering possible.
- Use version 290396 to create your scene, and let me know if this works for you!
That's it!
To convince you it really works I made a short animation today. You can see it here: http://www.charm3d.com/Digital_Art/Pages/Animations.html#5
Cheers!
